Buzzards Bay Ghost — Striper Rod

Built for the jigging and light-plug striper fishing of Buzzards Bay, the Buzzards Bay Ghost is a 7'0" or 7'6" medium-heavy, fast-action rod made to reach cautious trophy bass over shallow coves and boulder-strewn shorelines — and steer them off the motor-eating rocks. The name is the bay's own: the big, wary "ghost" stripers that materialize on the flats and vanish at the first wrong move.

• Reach with leverage: At 7' or 7'6", you get the casting distance to cover spooky fish plus the medium-heavy backbone to turn them out of structure in heavy tidal current.
• Jig-and-plug range: Tuned for ½–1¼ oz — bounce a bucktail or SP minnow through a current seam, walk a pencil popper across the surface, or swim a soft plastic, feeling every strike on the fast tip.
• HDLT control: Built for the Heavy-Duty Light-Tackle game the bay is known for — enough reach for shore casting, enough finesse for boat drifts, on 10–20 lb line.
• Tier-built components: Standard ships with stainless guides and EVA split grips; Premium upgrades to titanium guides and EPDM split grips — lighter, more sensitive, and a tackier all-day hold. Both acid-wrapped, casting or spinning.
